Michelle K. Wiley, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Wiley Marriage and Family Therapy PLLC, is a place where you can feel welcome. It is a safe, non-judgmental place where you can be yourself and discuss life’s ups and downs. We will work together to address family conflict, relationship issues, peer issues, life transitions, stress, anxiety and more. Together we will look at your strengths, expand on them to foster growth, leading to transformation.
I enjoy working with individuals,(teens and adults), families and couples. In any relationship, communication is the key. Everyone’s feelings are valid and therapy is a safe space where you can express those feelings and be heard.

No Surprises Act and Good Faith Estimate
In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to notify clients of their Federal rights and protections against potential “surprise billing.”
This Act requires that we notify you of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by an out-of-network provider, if a client is uninsured, or if a client elects not to use their insurance.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
*You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
*You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
*If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
*Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
Individual, couple and family sessions (depending on size), can be held in the office (Saturdays) or by tele-therapy using a secure video platform. Group sessions will be conducted by tele-therapy using a secure video platform. Email Michelle@wileymft.com to register
GROUP SESSIONS ARE VIRTUAL. THERE WILL BE AN IN PERSON WOMEN'S GROUP IN ADDTION TO THE VIRTUAL ONE
Teen Girls Empowerment Group (Ages 13-18): A safe space for girls to express themselves on topics such as self-esteem, healthy relationships, the pressures of social media and all things related to being a teenage girl in today’s society.
Maximum of 8 participants. Tuesdays at 5 PM beginning February 20th
Young Adult Group “What About Me?” (Ages 18-24): Young adults are a group who are often forgotten. You are caught in between being a teenager and an adult. Eighteen becomes the magic number to adulthood however at 18 you are still a teen. In your early twenties, you are working, graduating college or possibly both. You are expected to have it all together however maybe you don’t. This group is a place for you to come together with other young adults and learn to navigate these years where you are expected to be an adult but are really only beginning to understand what life is for you.
Maximum of 8 participants. Thursdays at 6 PM beginning February 15
Women’s Group: A place for women to come together and talk about anything and everything related to being a woman! The good, the bad and the ugly! We will talk about what being a woman means for us. We will discuss how we maintain being our own individual and authentic selves while balancing being a partner, parent, caretaker, chauffeur, ATM, cook, maid and so much more!
Maximum of 8 participants. Wednesdays at 6 PM beginning February 14 and in person on Saturdays at 2 PM beginning February 17. You can attend either one or both.
Caring for the Caregiver Group: Being a caregiver, you can lose sight of who you are. This group will discuss questions such as: Who am I? What is my individuality? Do I have to be Superwoman/Superman? Different types of self-care and self-care activities will be discussed.
Maximum of 8 participants. Thursdays at 5 PM beginning February 15
